This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 38-42 students, spanning Pre-K through 12th grade, ensuring no two days are ever the same. You'll be an essential member of a collaborative team dedicated to student growth and success.

This role is set to begin technically on August 31, 2026, but those available to participate in orientation and safety trainings from August 24-28 are highly valued—although this is not required. With a steady schedule of 33.75 hours per week, you'll be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility).
  • Experience or strong interest in working within a school-based setting.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of 38-42 students across all grade levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Provide direct therapy, screenings, and consultations as needed.
