Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working in school-based settings with Pre-K to 12th-grade students strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport and adapt strategies for diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students ranging from Pre-K through high school
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed, confidential records and document student progress
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies and resources
- Provide both individual and group therapy, adapting sessions as needed to maximize student outcomes
