School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Bridgton, Maine

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and support staff
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Commitment to fostering inclusivity and positive student outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services
- Serve a caseload of 38-42 students ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team conferences
- Maintain thorough records and ongoing progress reports according to district standards
- Participate in orientation and safety trainings (ideally 8/24–8/28, with the official start date being 8/31/26)
