Speech Language Pathologist in Naples, ME

Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Experience in a school-based SLP setting, preferably with a range of grade levels (Pre-K through 12)
- Strong organizational skills to manage IEPs and student records efficiently
- Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders for a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each student’s specific needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ progress
- Maintain up-to-date records and provide regular progress reports
- Participate in meetings, professional development sessions, and, if possible, pre-year orientation and safety trainings
