Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current, valid California state license as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of one year of professional experience, preferably in a school or healthcare setting
- Proficient in case management and delivering both direct and indirect therapy services within school environments
- Strong organizational abilities for accurate progress tracking and documentation
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Adaptable and able to meet the diverse needs of students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to support students’ communication abilities and goals
- Manage a caseload of students, maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to create and implement customized intervention plans
- Track students’ progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on educational planning and outcomes
