Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA certification in California with at least one year of credentialing
- Previous experience within a school district
- Experience supporting students with extensive needs
- Strong skills in data collection and progress monitoring
- AAC device experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech-language services to elementary students (caseload details to be determined)
- Assisting with assessments and implementing individualized communication goals
- Collecting and monitoring data on student progress
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
- Supporting the integration and use of AAC devices in communication programming
