Responsibilities:
Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Assist with therapy preparation and materials
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
Active North Carolina SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure)
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
