School-Based Speech Therapist Assistant - Spring Lake, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support students’ goals
- Deliver therapy services individually and in small groups, in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collect and maintain accurate data and documentation for progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educational staff to promote communication development in classroom settings
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, student-focused environment
- Travel between school locations as needed throughout the week
