Speech & Language Pathology Assistant in Hope Mills, NC

What You’ll Need:
- Current, active North Carolina SLPA license (required)
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly preferred
- Ability to work onsite; remote/virtual is not available
- Adaptability to thrive across elementary, middle, and high school campuses
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Compassion and patience working with diverse student populations
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language intervention plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Support students in achieving communication goals across various age groups and needs
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes
- Facilitate small group and individual therapy sessions
- Work across multiple school sites as assigned, fostering relationships with staff, students, and families
- Participate in team meetings, training, and school-based initiatives
