This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is perfect for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant who thrives collaborating with various age groups. The assignment runs from August 13, 2026, through May 27, 2027, providing consistent work throughout the academic year.

You’ll work 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, serving multiple schools that may include elementary, middle, or high school settings. Engage in meaningful interventions and help drive student success by delivering direct therapy and supporting Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active North Carolina SLPA license (required)
  • Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple sites, as needed
  • Skilled in providing direct therapy under SLP supervision
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
  • Positive, flexible attitude for working with diverse student populations

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver onsite speech/language interventions to assigned caseload
  • Implement IEP goals and collect data for student progress monitoring
  • Support SLPs in preparing therapy materials and maintaining records
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and family caregivers
  • Adapt to changes in caseload or assignment as needed across different school levels
