Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position supporting a K–5 caseload for the 2026–2027 school year.
This role offers a structured schedule, supportive supervision, and a manageable caseload, making it an excellent opportunity for SLPAs looking to grow their experience in a collaborative school setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Implement treatment plans and IEP goals for elementary students
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and communication needs
Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Assist with classroom carryover and communication strategies
Qualifications
Active SLPA certification/license (REQUIRED)
Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Knowledge of IEP implementation and therapy strategies
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite full-time
