Key Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license in North Carolina
- Experience providing speech-language support in educational settings is strongly preferred

- Comfortable working across multiple school sites within a district
- Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support students’ goals
- Deliver therapy services individually and in small groups, in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collect and maintain accurate data and documentation for progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educational staff to promote communication development in classroom settings
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, student-focused environment
- Travel between school locations as needed throughout the week
