Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting addressing K-12 student needs
- Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills to work with a multi-disciplinary team
- Passion for supporting diverse learners and building effective communication strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver tailored interventions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings to plan and monitor student progress
