Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; recent SLP graduates eligible for CFY are encouraged to apply
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or interest in pediatric care within schools
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for supporting diverse learning needs and culturally responsive practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pre-K students with communication needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services within a classroom environment
- Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input to students’ educational planning
- Offer resources and guidance to teachers and families to foster carryover of speech/language goals
