This full-time contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year invites both experienced and new professionals to work with diverse K–12 students, focusing on early childhood, elementary, and pediatric populations. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to help students achieve their communication goals, with caseloads thoughtfully tailored to your expertise and preferences—from moderate to profound needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Pediatric, early childhood, or school-based experience preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt strategies to varying student needs
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement IEPs with interdisciplinary teams, supporting each student’s individualized goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in group and individual settings
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, data collection, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and administrators to foster student success
