Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- Proficiency in individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy for pre-K students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Assess students and develop individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor and document student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational planning
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to a supportive learning atmosphere
