Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within K-12 schools
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely therapy records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy services and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
