Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience with pediatric populations in schools or similar settings
- Background working with early childhood and elementary students
- Confidence in managing caseloads of varying sizes and needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a diverse range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop tailored treatment plans and IEP goals for each student
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to track progress and promote generalization of skills
- Maintain thorough records and complete documentation in accordance with program guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to optimize student support
