Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric, early childhood, or school-aged environments
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Flexibility in managing caseloads with varying degrees of student need
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned K–12 students
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and required reports in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing goals and objectives
- Provide support, education, and resources to families and staff as needed
