School Speech Language Pathologist - Wilmington, Vermont

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in schools, especially with preschool through high school populations
- Ability to plan and implement individualized therapy strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students across a diverse range of ages and abilities
- Develop comprehensive IEPs in partnership with classroom staff and families, ensuring services align with educational goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to school and state requirements
- Contribute expertise and guidance to multidisciplinary teams and engage in ongoing professional development
