Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans and goals in accordance with IEP requirements
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families
- Conduct screenings and evaluate students to determine their need for services
- Document and report progress regularly, maintaining accurate student records
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP review sessions
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and parents to support students’ progress
