This contract opportunity, beginning mid-August and ending late May, offers the chance to guide and support a manageable caseload of 25-30 elementary students (grades K-5) within a resource setting. Your weekdays will run from 8:25 am to 4:00 pm, ensuring a predictable and balanced work schedule.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and SLP-CCC designation
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in a resource or school setting
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Skilled in individualized assessment, therapy, and progress documentation
- Adaptability and organization to manage a diverse caseload and evolving school needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop tailored intervention plans and monitor student progress toward set goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records, contributing to a supportive and compliant environment
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions (training date TBD), and ongoing professional development
