With a steady Monday-Friday schedule from 8:25 am to 4:00 pm, you’ll have the structure to focus on tailored therapeutic interventions and collaborations.

The contract runs from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027—offering you a full academic year to grow professionally and leave a lasting impact.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school-based settings, ideally with resource caseloads
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, service providers, and families for student success
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Effective communication, time management, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services for K-5 students within a resource model
- Manage a caseload of 25-30 with compassion and professionalism
- Complete screenings, assessments, progress notes, and reports as required
- Execute individualized speech and language programs based on student needs/goals
- Participate in meetings and consultations with multidisciplinary teams
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with students, staff, and families
