Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5), ideally in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Comfortable managing a resource-level caseload and providing both direct and consultative services
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Your Role:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to student needs in a resource setting
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and actively participate in meetings with educators and families
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and support staff to foster student progress and inclusion
- Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to families and staff to promote generalization of communication skills
- Attend new staff training (details coming soon), and work a consistent weekly schedule from 8:25am to 4:00pm
