Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current DE SLP license (must submit license and updated resume to be considered)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Flexibility to provide onsite and homebound therapy services
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to students onsite and to homebound students as assigned
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support IEP goals
- Document and monitor student progress
- Adapt services based on fluctuating caseload needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to supportive, inclusive learning environments
