Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Middletown, Delaware

Key Qualifications:
- Current Delaware (DE) SLP license required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes, best practices in assessment, and individualized intervention
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in preschool and elementary settings
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP development
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Deliver teletherapy sessions as needed
