Your qualifications:
- Hold an active Delaware Speech Language Pathologist license (must be presented with resume)
- Possess current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based setting, including working with diverse student populations
- Comfortable delivering SLP services to both in-school and homebound students
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans adapted to each student’s needs
- Provide direct SLP services at assigned school sites and in homebound contexts
- Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate with parents and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration as needed
