Key Qualifications:
- Valid Delaware SLP license (required).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working in school environments, including serving diverse student populations.
- Willingness to travel within the district to provide onsite and homebound services.
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students within the assigned school(s) and to those serving homebound.
- Evaluate, develop, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams.
- Adapt interventions as needed for fluctuating caseload demands and across multiple settings.
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with district/state standards.
