- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Delaware SLP License (attach with resume for consideration)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, open to strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-5 students at an elementary school
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support students’ progress
- Manage assessment, goal-setting, intervention planning, and documentation for individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain professional communication and uphold ethical practices within the school community
- Work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4pm, with a 30-minute paid lunch
