What You Bring:
- Active SLPA licensure required
- Certification for working within school settings
- Experience supporting grades PK-5 preferred, but openness to working with grades K–12 is valued
- Familiarity with providing both pull-out and push-in services in general education settings
- Skill and compassion for supporting students with primarily mild to moderate articulation and language needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized speech-language services to elementary students, primarily in grades PK-5
- Address mild to moderate articulation and language concerns through both individual and group sessions
- Develop and implement therapy plans based on student-specific goals in collaboration with certified SLPs and educational staff
- Participate in caseload management for approximately 50 students
- Maintain effective communication and documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
- Work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 3:45pm, with a 30-minute lunch break
