What we’re seeking:
- Current Delaware SLP license required (except for SLP-CFs applying for license)
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or strong SLP-CF candidates
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to in-person work throughout the 2026-2027 academic year
Role responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication services in a school environment
- Complete evaluations, develop therapy plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all applicable regulations
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students
