Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Wilmington, DE

This contract role, conveniently located near Wilmington, DE, involves working with a diverse school-aged population from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027. Key Qualifications:
- Valid or pending Delaware licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (active license required by start date)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Experience working with pediatric to adolescent clients, particularly in school settings
- Comfort working on-site and ability to successfully pass all pre-employment screening (drug/background checks)
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and collaborate with educational teams to develop IEP goals
- Maintain timely records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff members to ensure optimal support and progress
- Adapt schedules as needed to participate in meetings and flex according to school needs within the hours of 6:45 am to 4:00 pm
