Requirements & Preferred Experience:
- Active or pending Delaware SLP or SLPA license required
- Able to work on-site and clear both drug screening and background check
- Prior experience in pediatrics or school-based settings preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows and SLPAs; supervision available
- Experience with K-12 students or a genuine interest in supporting this age group
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
Role Overview:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with communication needs
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary school team, families, and staff to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state requirements
- Participate in school meetings and collaborate on plans for student progress
- Flexibility to adjust daily schedule between 7:30–3:30 or similar, by agreement
