Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Newark, DE

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP credential, Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Experience with pediatric and school-based populations desired
- Current or pending Delaware SLP license (must be active by start date)
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Able to reliably work on site and complete required screenings
Position Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-time schedule, 35-40 hours per week within the span of 6:45 AM to 4:00 PM; actual daily hours flexible depending on school and meetings (examples: 7:30-3:30 or mutually agreed schedule)
- Serve elementary, middle, and high school students
- Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to help students develop their speech, language, and communication abilities
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain accurate records and document services in compliance with regulations
