Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Wilmington, Delaware

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders required
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), or working toward CFY completion
- Experience in pediatric speech-language services, preferably in school settings
- Teletherapy experience is highly valued
- SLPA candidates considered with relevant healthcare or school-based experience and proper state credential
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and evaluation meetings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support each child’s progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress records, ensuring compliance with state and school guidelines
- Opportunity to deliver therapy both onsite and virtually, integrating technology as appropriate
- Offer guidance and support to SLPA team members if applicable
