Qualifications we’re looking for:
- Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC, CFY) or SLPA
- Experience in a school-based environment (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to provide therapy and evaluations both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Dedication to fostering communication skills and academic success for students
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Delivering direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Maintaining ongoing communication with families, educators, and support staff
- Accurately documenting progress and updating treatment goals as needed
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and providing expertise to educational teams
