Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited assistant program
- Current or eligible state licensure/certification as an SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a strong plus
- Experience working in school-based settings, pediatrics, or education environments preferred
- Comfortable providing teletherapy, onsite, or hybrid services as needed
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and address communication, language, and speech disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs
- Provide group and individual therapy sessions using engaging, evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with educators, families, and additional specialists for integrated support
- Complete all necessary paperwork and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and parents to enhance student outcomes
- Flexibility to deliver services either remotely or in person, as assigned
