What we’re looking for:
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Current Delaware SLP license
- Experience working in a school environment is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for working with students across K-12th grade
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech therapy services to a diverse group of 10 K-12 students in an onsite, school-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
- Partner with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to interdisciplinary teams
