Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or interest in working with K-12 student populations
- Ability to manage a caseload with students presenting a range of communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students with mild/moderate to moderate/severe needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support each child’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Provide both direct and consultative services as needed across age levels
