Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility for SLP-CF applicants)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) status required; not open to SLPA or VOCO
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings beneficial
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Collaborative approach to supporting students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication, language, and speech challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student's needs
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP development and meetings
- Liaise with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to encourage student achievement
- Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive environment for all learners
