Step into a contract opportunity as a speech-language pathologist supporting students onsite for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position is based at an elementary school in Wilmington, DE, with working hours from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday (including a 30-minute paid lunch). Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Delaware SLP license (attach license and resume for consideration, unless applying as an SLP-CF)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are also encouraged to apply
- Prior school-based experience is desirable but not required
- Knowledge of assessment, therapy, and IEP implementation with school-aged children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must provide documentation of licensure and credentials
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse elementary school caseload in a supportive environment
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, progress reports, and data collection
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team planning
