Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Delaware SLP License (attach license and resume with your application)
- SLP-CCC preferred, though SLP-CF candidates are also encouraged to apply
- School-based SLP experience highly desirable
- Ability to work onsite (remote/VOCO and SLPA applications will not be considered)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative, flexible mindset to support the unique needs of students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive SLP services to elementary students at Forwood ES
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate records and participate in required meetings
- Adapt approach as needed to accommodate varying caseloads
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Monday through Friday, onsite from 8:30am to 4:00pm (with a paid 30-minute lunch)
- 37.5 hours per week for the standard school year
