Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware SLP License/Certification (must be maintained throughout assignment)

- Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing and monitoring IEPs, and managing documentation
- Adept at collecting and analyzing progress data to inform instruction
- Collaborative team player comfortable working alongside teachers, related service providers, families, and school staff
- Reliable availability for the full scheduled workday (8:45 AM – 4:15 PM)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students as assigned
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Collect, track, and document student progress data regularly
- Foster strong partnerships with parents, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams
