Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Eligibility for state licensure as a school-based SLP
- Experience working in an educational environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization and adaptability, as the assignment location within the district will be provided closer to the start date
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student support
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Flexibly adjust to evolving caseloads and assignment locations within the district
