Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC required)
- Valid state licensure for school-based practice or eligibility to obtain by start date
- Prior experience as an SLP in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to collaborative, student-focused care
- Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic, changing school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy, following IEPs and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for integrated student support
- Conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and document student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to student planning
- Adjust caseload management as assignments and student needs evolve
