Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences or related field with relevant clinical coursework
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid Vermont Clinical SLP License (Office of Professional Regulation)
- Vermont Educational SLP Endorsement (Agency of Education)
Responsibilities:
- Embed communication goals in academic, functional, and community-based instruction
- Integrate AAC, visual supports, and assistive technology across routines
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language services and develop IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations; collaborate actively in IEP meetings
- Partner with special education, therapy, vocational, and community teams
- Provide family consultation and training on home/community communication supports
- Complete all required documentation with accuracy and timeliness
