School Speech Language Pathologist - Webster, NY

Role A serves elementary students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at a welcoming and supportive elementary setting. Role B focuses on high school students with intellectual disabilities, providing unique opportunities for professional growth. Both roles are within close-knit school communities, fostering collaboration and meaningful connections.
Your background in SLP, holding your CCC, and experience in educational settings will allow you to develop tailored therapy strategies, support individualized education plans, and work alongside a dedicated team of educators and specialists.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification
- Licensure in New York (or eligibility)
- Experience working with school-age populations preferred
- Knowledge of ASD and/or intellectual disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to assigned student caseloads
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and state regulations
- Adapt strategies to meet individual student needs
