Requirements & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Comfortable adapting to diverse needs and learning environments
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and advocacy skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Document progress and contribute to IEP planning and meetings
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and staff
- Participate actively in school-wide initiatives to promote student inclusion and growth
This full-time position (Monday through Friday, hours to be determined) runs until an internal candidate is hired, providing both stability and the chance to make a significant impact.
