Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fairport, NY

We are looking for two dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to provide direct services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team until permanent staff is hired. Current openings include: Role A: Serve elementary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Role B: Work with high school students who have intellectual disabilities.
What we are looking for:
- Current CCC-SLP certification and credentials
- Prior experience providing services to students in school settings
- Ability to adapt strategies for students with ASD or intellectual disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers
- Enthusiasm for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Flexibility to support diverse caseload needs
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Maintain documentation and reporting per district and legal requirements
- Consult with teachers and staff to support integrated student services
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with families
- Adjust approaches based on ongoing student assessment and feedback
