Travel School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Opportunity
Location: North Adams, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 8:25 AM – 3:10 PM
Contract Term: ASAP – EOSY
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in North Adams, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with a PreK–12th grade caseload.
Position Details
- Full-time opening
- PreK–12th grade caseload
- Caseload expected to be around 30–40 students
- School-based setting
- Guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposit
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing speech and language therapy programs
- Work with students individually and in small groups to address communication goals
- Support assessments, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate therapy session notes and student records
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts SLPA license/certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech/Communication Disorders required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
