Speech Language Pathologist in Adams, MA

Key qualifications include:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or a related discipline
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Candidates with CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) or school-based SLP experience encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for seamless collaboration and progress documentation
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for working with students with autism
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services within the school community
- Assess, develop, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to promote academic and functional communication
- Contribute to ongoing ABA-based programming and classroom support
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports
