School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Dalton, Massachusetts

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Disorders, or related field
- Active Massachusetts license in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience or interest in school-based therapy, autism support, and ABA principles is highly valued
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for teamwork and parent collaboration
- Organized, positive, and adaptable approach to supporting students with ASD
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Utilize ABA strategies to support communication development
- Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with educators and families
- Receive ongoing training, mentorship, and feedback from an encouraging multidisciplinary team
