School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Indianapolis, Indiana

We’re seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathology professionals—one full-time and one part-time (2.5 days per week)—to partner with educators and families to support student communication, learning, and social success.
Your role will involve working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to deliver comprehensive speech therapy to students of all grade levels. You’ll have the opportunity to tailor interventions, participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, and foster positive student outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP licensure for school-based practice
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process and experience developing therapy plans
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexible and collaborative approach to working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative services to K-12 students
- Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with staff and families
- Provide recommendations and support for classroom accommodations
