We're seeking two motivated speech-language pathologists: one for a full-time contract position and another for part-time (2.5 days per week). Located near Carmel, Indiana, this opportunity allows you to work closely with students across a wide age and ability range, helping them thrive academically and socially.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (open to strong Clinical Fellows)
- Experience working with K–12 students, including those with diverse backgrounds and varying communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to individual learning profiles
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services to students, ranging from articulation and language to voice or fluency disorders
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and comply with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills and strategies in the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing team communications
